Refund policy

We have a 24 hour return policy, which means you have 24 hours after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. We recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. Kindly include clear photos and your order number so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or full refund, and we will cover any related shipping costs.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalised items)

We also do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item (for example, for a different size), please initiate a return as outlined above. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item, subject to stock availability.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
